Breaking Bad Behavior: Long gone are the days of etiquette classes that provided a common means for respectful interaction within society. Today employers can be faced with inappropriate behavior and inaccurate beliefs about “rights” among employees. Some employees can often come to work with an attitude of personal freedom that frequently is in conflict with employment policies. In this session we will address many of those odd -- and sometimes shocking -- things that employees often mistake as “rights”, and also address an employer’s right to prohibit inappropriateness and maintain the work environment best suited to the company’s needs.
